Trampoline Time

During a winter clearance sale a while back, we bought a trampoline for the kids. Cadence absolutely loves to jump and we knew we had to indulge on this must-have toy. It has sat in a box in the barn just waiting for a special day to be revealed to the kids. The plan was to give it to them for Easter, but seeing that we will be in Louisiana, we decided a Leperchaun could give it to them. A few days after St. Patrick's, Chris and our neighbor, Justin, set it up. The following pictures are Cadence's reaction to first seeing it.
A look of disbelief. "Could this trampoline really be in my backyard?"
Squeals of delight and joy! "A trampoline. I got a trampoline.""Yes. I will spend all my time (and all my mom's time) jumping on the trampoline. Life is great!!!"A very happy little girl. Cooper likes it too! She was told a leperchaun brought it, but initially she kept saying, " No, Justin and Ruth gave it to me." Now that we have had her tell everyone that a Leperchaun brought it, she is believing it. We spent that night and the following day (10am-3pm) on the trampoline. We had to eat, play with friends, take a nap (cooper) and throw and kick a ball on the tramp. I think the summer will be much the same way. Unfortunately, since the trampoline appeared, it has been snowy or wet all but one day. Come back warm spring. Go away snow and winter weather.
